Wrong a panel of a british gentleman walking with a dog along a river, a drowning man shouting HELP! man and dog look away with their noses raised arrogantly 2. Right. Same scenario but the drowning man says "excuse me sir, I'm terribly sorry to bother you but I wonder if you would mind helping me a moment as long as it's no trouble of course" and the british moustachioed gentleman throwing the man a life belt
