"Vocally against minors putting themselves in adult spaces" is actually an amazing framing, it's the RVO in DARVO. Yeah, minors shouldn't do that. They're going to, though? Because they're minors and don't know any better? That's why adults need to have and enforce those boundaries.

The adult is to blame in that scenario. The kid's a kid.

i also just think adults should be normal and safe in environments kids are likely to be present. i think that’s not at all a hard thing to do or an unreasonable thing to ask
