Sometimes. I try not to vent too much on social media as it tends to annoy my friends, so more often than not I keep those feelings bottled up (which I realize is not healthy).

There is an Octoberfest shindig going on at work and boy oh boy did my social anxiety kick into overdrive. More so than usual, and I am not completely presenting female at work yet. I left after ten minutes as I felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Like I was intruding and I just didn't fit in.
