This issue is a deep dive into Kovacs/Rorschach. One striking thing is that this episode has none of the subliminal doomsday clock images. We do get the Hiroshima Lovers, but they seem more linked to personal/psychological disintegration than the coming tachyon apocalypse.

Dr Malcolm Long is the daftest, most naive motherfucker in the history of fictional psychoanalysts. Yes, he's after publication glory, but that's not unusual in his profession. His credulity is quite staggering. The fact that he takes his own pills in front of the client is mind-boggling.

If anyone thought Rorschach was a hero up until this point, #6 would yank the rug out from under them.
