And yet, he is poised to become president again, because humans are stupid. Democracy never lasts for that reason - sooner or later, people will vote in someone who destroys everything. It's why some sort of intellectual gatekeeping is necessary, but the internet has brought that crashing down.
Insane people being publicly platformed thanks to the internet is, in fact, a root cause of the shitty polarized society we are in. I do not care if you think that is an "ableist" statement, because that makes you part of the problem.
I know moderate, nuanced and sane viewpoints are hard to understand for creepy extremists like you.
It is hard for terrible extremist people who thrive on hate to understand good people with moderate opinions, I know.
I have seen a lot of hate here, and none of it came from transphobes. It all came from your people. Several people told me to kill myself already, and I have been warned, and witnessed myself, that there is a culture of harassment and bullying gatekeeping the site. You should look in the mirror.
Wait, I think I recognize that profile picture. God damn it, you are the terrorist supporter I keep seeing on Twitter next to posts by the Jackson Hinkle grifter, aren't you. Always thought the picture was of Garfield but it's your ugly mug. I guess there's not much peace and sanity to be had here.
Yup, I joined here yesterday and have already been told to kill myself several times. It IS still nice to avoid the constant spam of propaganda and malicious disinformation though.
Make no mistake, this election buying scheme is working. You shouldn't make light of it. It needs to be fought hard, not dismissed. It's baffling that the media is mostly ignoring this corruption. People need to make their voices heard on this.
Wait, are you saying the younger generation or the older one is cringe? (Trick question - the answer is that every generation that's not your own is always cringe)
The general rule I use is to double the estimate. And even that is often an underestimation. Pretty sure board game publishers just print those comically low estimates to not scare away potential customers.
