We ran a "wireless" experiment with a pringles tube from the roof of the pub opposite.
We ran 10 PCs from that. And still had spare capacity.
I co-founded a media lab that opened in 2000. Run on recycled hardware and FOSS. It had a 2MB line WHICH WAS HUGE.
Ah. Yes. I suppose.
If I can't fancy a chat about it sometime, this sits right where I'm researching atm.
Arggghh. Would love to. Have to see if I can move some things around.
