Yup I’ve dried it, candied it, made limoncello, and marmalade. You really need to boil and discard the water at least 2-3 times or the acids in the skin will eat away your tongue and mouth. Even then too much will make your mouth sore. 💕 but it is delicious

Yeah tuna salad, deviled eggs and tomato sandwiches are all I can think of that I’ll eat with mayo.

Today I ate one of the very few (less than 5) things I will eat with mayonnaise - an heirloom tomato sandwich. The kind you need to eat over the sink cause it’s soooo juicy. It was perfect.
