I may have been able to excuse 2016 and 2020 Trump voters for being stupid. Now, though, they have either completely ignored the last decade, or they are just racist, misogynist a**holes. No more excuses.

That state has it right. The fact anywhere *doesn't* forbid automatic "opt"-ins is very suspicious. Someone's pockets are getting lined to allow this and it certainly isn't the customer's.

I, as a relative nobody on social media, do not have to regularly deal with outrage trolls on my posts. So what I really appreciate on this platform vs others is, when someone I follow moderates their replies, I get the benefit, too, rather than still seeing the troll posts. Thanks! :)
