Obviously the pledge of California's delegation, her home state, will have been held back until they could be used to put her over the top, just as happens in the roll call of the states at the actual convention.

YIPPEE ! What a difference a day makes. I was a Biden remainer but I am so thankful for the burst of energy and optimism Harris has brought to the race. And now I hope Biden can finally get the plaudits he deserves for all the great things he has accomplished.
