Have any of you tech/programmers/makers successfully learned how to make art as an adult? I can make a few shapes in inkscape, but it feels like I was born without the ability to arrange them into something meaningful I know it's a skill that can be learned; I guess my first try wasn't encouraging

I wonder how long I'm going to torture myself to find the ideal solution before I give up and use 2 layers. OTOH, I've never etched a double sided board so that would be so much more work. Maybe I'll give myself until noon to find a single layer solution. Is that a normal amount of time?

Today, I'm trying to route many LEDs on a single layer in KiCad. The swap components button works amazingly for lining up groups of connected nets. It's kind of like a weird version of Tetris and Pipe Dream combined into something funstrating.
