it's shadow the hedgehog in from of a red-colored city holding two guns cross arms and the "Shadow The Hedgehog" text from the title of his game has been changed to say "TRANS RIGHTS OR ELSE" (getting the fonts and look right too me an embarrassing amount of time tbh…) and that design is on a black t-shirt which has been given a background of flames and embers
