IURD (Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus), the mega church who built this "temple" deserves no respect. They pretty much gaslight and extort their congregation and abuse the fact that churches in Brazil doesn't pay taxes, so the ministers are rich af, and they build those massive buildings.

To be honest, almost no evangelical minister deserves respect in Brazil. There's the evangelic lobby in the congress which is supposed to be without religion, the ministers are rabid af, they incite religious intolerance, specially against african diasporic religion, lgbtphobia, far-right ideals
