Yes! No kids here but all the kids in my neighborhood know me since we let them be kids in the communal area my house is against. They police themselves when one gets rowdy bc the older ones know they have a good thing going. Sometimes I wish they wouldn't play at 7a but hey it's their weekend too.

Yep! It's sometimes annoying hearing them squealing in the early morning or late at night, but then I remind myself how depressing my previous neighborhood was. All the kids were bullied inside there. I'd rather be annoyed somedays then ever deal with that silence again. Kids are life.
