HELLO!!! I made my vtuber and all my assets from scratch so I’m sure I can help you out!! For programs Live2D is a must! I drew my model in Clip Studio Paint but any program that can export psd files works! Running out of space so real quick i recommend Kira Omori’s tutorials as a starting point!!
