Maybe a base model Honda Civic but even then I'm sure it's still full of gimmicks. But it'll be safe and get good mileage. But I think almost every single car on the market now comes with a screen of some sort and may have auto-shutoff. Usually you can turn off the auto-shutoff though, and something cheap probably still has knobs or buttons for temp control and volume and whatnot. Has a screen but still manual climate control and I'm pretty sure that's a volume knob for the radio.

Thank you! I’m lucky to have a touchscreen with minimal function - I can do everything with music/ nav on my phone and control buttons on the panel/steering wheel. But it’s getting worse out there. Bleak times ahead.
