same, desperately need mute thread and/or comprehensive mutes

muting accounts seems to wok pretty well i'm only getting notified that the bot is still talking by the people replying to it obviously not the ideal fix but yeah i'm just gonna be more liberal about muting ppl that annoy me

psst.. i have heard whispers, from little berds.... who suggest youve a special file with some spells on it? worth almost as much as a bitcoin, one might say?
