Hikari of the Crimson Moon is a ninetails kitsune (she usually hides her other 8 tails) blood mage who has clawed her way to the top of the criminal world through seduction, deceit, and lots of murder. Her magic requires her to inflict pain on others, lest it turn and start destroying her.
