i just realised that this is a humblebrag, I think. I honestly didn't mean to do one. And, now, that denial itself seems dangerously close to also being a humblebrag....

I've had a bad habit of getting prospective papers like 80% done, then setting them aside and not touching them again. I have, like, at least 5 different articles ranging from 4k-8k decent words down on paper, and yet I just can't get them over the line.
