So you're going to tell me that a group that launched lawsuits and congressional investigations to intimidate and silence researchers studying online rumors & disinformation is out here spreading falsehoods about a tragic disaster event for political gain? Who would have thunk it?

ah yes, what is worse? passing a law through congress to add more seats to the supreme court — as per congress’ explicitly stated constitutional authority — or a violent coup to overturn the constitutional order?

JD Vance: “I never supported a national ban” Also JD Vance: *calls for a total national abortion ban on his own website*

JD Vance's website:

"END ABORTION

I am 100 percent pro-life, and believe that abortion has turned our society into a place where we see children as an inconvenience to be thrown away rather than a blessing to be nurtured. Eliminating abortion is first and foremost about protecting the unborn, but it's also about making our society more pro-child and pro-family. The historic Dobbs decision puts this new era of society into motion, one that prioritizes family and the sanctity of all life."

The problem with media coverage in a nutshell: Trump called for “one really violent day” from police, calls Harris “mentally impaired,” claims that if he loses the country will be destroyed, and makes dozens of other malicious and dishonest statement. Yet Nate Cohn calls it a “calm week.”
