I’d scrap the staff meeting model and start again if I could. We can’t keep bouncing from topic to topic, week to week, expecting teachers to take everything on board. “If everything is a priority, then nothing is a priority.” Work smarter and be better.

That is honestly the dream INSET day. I've thought for a long time that September - everyone coming back with lots to do and lots on their minds - is not the time to go 'hey everyone here's something brand new to think about and implement it tomorrow!'.
