Just reflecting on my initial response to this. On consideration, yes, Trump has a mind. Problem is it's a predatory reptilian one, a bit like a velociraptor, out to eat everything it sees as prey. #WarpedMinds

Pretty sure it happened many years ago. We would have to look back to determine exactly when. Personally I think he started to lose it in 1946.
Commentators have been making this point for a couple months now. For me, an "Atlantic" writer put it best (I paraphrase): "It's difficult to recognize cognitive decline in Trump, since deranged ranting is kind of his brand."
