I wholeheartedly recommend taking time out to journal on a regular basis. Not only is it cathartic, after several months a re-read of where you were and what you have achieved and/or overcome, or even having just made progress is worth its weight in gold.
After being on Android for a decade, the transition to the iPhone ecosystem has been truly pleasant. The number of glitches/annoyances I tolerated with Android have disappeared. It’s by no means perfect, however it certainly feels cleaner, easier, and overall a far more intuitive experience.

Super proud and very fortunate to be an instructor at my local gym, a gym that just happened to win gym of the year for the 5th year in a row. Also, I am not happy with the number of ‘gyms’ in this post :)
Last week my phenomenal wife and I roadtripped just over 1,000 miles through Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama - it was beautiful, amazing, and we loved every minute of it. It’s been 10 years of road trips, and it is the thing I hold most precious about us spending our life together.
