Super proud and very fortunate to be an instructor at my local gym, a gym that just happened to win gym of the year for the 5th year in a row. Also, I am not happy with the number of ‘gyms’ in this post :)

Last week my phenomenal wife and I roadtripped just over 1,000 miles through Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama - it was beautiful, amazing, and we loved every minute of it. It’s been 10 years of road trips, and it is the thing I hold most precious about us spending our life together.

One of the great gifts in (my) life is finding an unexpectedly amazing brunch place - today was one of those days

So I spent a few months on T2/Pebble to build up a presence in the hope that it would become new Twitter - and while I’m not against Bluesky, I would be lying if I didn’t worry that this will be another has-been network in 2 years time. That said, it might not, and you can’t live in doubt or fear.
