Feeling sad this morning. I hate my chronic depression. Nothing I can do about it, but force through it with distractions and medications. The many therapists I've seen in the past all told me that I was being too hard on myself, and that the best thing I could do to cope with pain was to create.

All signs point to Seasonal Affective Disorder. Which doesn't surprise me as I always get depressed around Autumn. It reminds me too much about my experiences around school, bullies and all that. Bullying destroys lives.
