I always thought that Wile E.'s schemes backfiring on him would be the perfect setup for a fun tickling scene. Something i always wanted to see watching the cartoons growing up, and since that never happened i came up with this scene instead.

So, one time i was feeling nostalgic and decided to watch old cartoons. I notice that Felix the cat got captured and tied up a lot in the 60's cartoon, that's when i drew this
