Are there any energy lawyers on here with guesses on when FERC will respond to SPP's Waiver Request (to delay the 2024 interconnection cluster start until ~Sep 2025)? Comment period on SPP's request closed 9/13, and SPP's requested a response by 10/31, but I really hope something comes sooner... 🔌💡
