Looks like a kind of Sparrow? I think birdwatchers call all these types of birds LBJ's (Little brown jobs)

Yep, I thought sparrow too, but I'm no ornithologist. It has short tail feathers, orange legs, and dark feet. I tried taking a photo with my phone using Merlin but it didn't know.
