* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central and north central Montana. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...High winds will move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust and smoke may also reduce visibility through this evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Potentially damaging winds this evening are forecast to gradually decrease somewhat through midnight, but they will remain strong overnight.
