Charges look bad but there are several things my mind is stuck on There is 1 thing they could show that would convince me, the accused fingerprint on the thing

Everything else is we caught someone, got him to troll someone else in, but they used an app & out proof is sending a message to targets device & it showing up. Lemme drive a truck through that. The other proof is an SD card, because those are completely uncommon things that someone else could place
