It is, but I also like small room reverbs just to make my guitar sound a bit rounder and then on top of that a good hall reverb. Not for ambient, but often with more kind of 80s sounds.
Totally get you. I like a nice spring for that into a hall. I actually just got the Skylar too that I want to try running vocals into from a Helix. Ahh sweet verb..
