IM SO BAD AT DESCRIBING THINGS words can be sooo difficult sometimes. and tbh sometimes i just straight forget (dissociative memory issues >:p). it would be nice if ppl gave more gentle reminders instead of accusing ppl of being exclusionary on purpose
YEAH MEMORY ISSUES ARE VALID just as valid as physical issues such as pain or fatigue!!!!
