Wait seriously. How many times should we wash our hair weekly? I am growing it out and I want luscious like yours

I usually wash my hair once every 4-6 days. It varies person to person though @kingofthegays420.bsky.social could probably give you better information because I just do what my wife tells me

it depends on your hair type and sebum production but generally it’s gonna be every 3-4 days, more often if your hair is finer and/or greasier and less if it’s coarse dense and/or porous. If using dry shampoo, it can be once every 1-2 weeks even for some people. Generally for health it’s 👇
