I’m autistic and ADHD, what the cool kids calls AuDHD. I was diagnosed as a small kid and went thru ABA which left me scared and traumatized. I’m still working thru that. I also have dyspraxia and POTS. Those make life difficult. I’m disabled AF and that’s not a bad word. It’s me. I love me.

I want you to love you too. I know it can be hard sometimes. People don’t want us to love ourselves. We don’t know many like us who do. That’s why being in positive autistic spaces is so important. We see that we are allowed to exist, as us. Come hang out!
