I am not cheerful, I'm relieved. I have also been on five anti-AfD, pro-diversity, pro-democracy protests in spring, the result of all of which pushed the AfD, then we'll above 20% & with momentum, down to 16%. Thankfully, the elections in the 3 East German states have not yet reignited it.
