Out of curiosity if people would indulge me… even back when I played DnD I thought DnD Beyond was a scam… what does it provide players that makes them so attached to it?

- Character builder. Works in web, tablets, mobile devices. All the dice rolls are ready there - Compendiums In html format. I can read them in a well designed format for mobile devices, unlike those terrible PDF files.

The character sheets are user friendly for new player. Other than that there is truly nothing about it that isn't done better elsewhere
