That’s impressive you’ve made it that far without it fully clicking yet. I enjoyed several of the fights. I felt the anime peaked at Arlong Park for me. Sky Island completely killed the experience for me. I stopped at the beginning of Water 7, which others told me was great, but I got burned out.

I will say Marineford arc has some peak fights and honestly I love the power system but the actual plot leaves some to be desired so far.
