The more I read about Asheville, the sillier it is that people suggested folks just simply shouldn't have lived there to avoid climate issues- when it was literally being advertised as basically a safe haven from climate change. People moved there because they thought it -was- the safer choice.
PSA: if you are trans & find yourself becoming emotionally activated over the thought of someone else deciding to augment their own body in a certain way, that’s really something i encourage you to examine. there is no single way to be trans, that’s part of what makes trans-ness so wonderful! 1/x

couple statements so my beliefs are clear: - if you decide you’re trans, then you’re trans. - neopronouns & xenogenders are hella cool. - everyone should be able to get HRT if they want. - you don’t need to medically transition or have dysphoria to be trans. - liberation not assimilation.
Over the weekend we were able to go to a wedding of one of our besties (10+ years), and they were a groomsman (and got an awesome cape), while I was a floral girl aka a hobbit. Overall amazing LOTR theme!
