A good dose of luck and clear communication. I was lucky enough to grab a group and have all of them keep the day free as a baseline once every two weeks. Six years later, we're still going strong. Even hosting a KS right now with that same setting, haha.

Haha, well... The 5e versions are being tweaked now, with the PF2e being under construction and in a relatively early phase. I might be interested in taking you up on that offer! Also depends on how the KS goes and what my budget is, haha. Worth a chat at the very least!
