God, it’s truly awful, that sucks so much. It usually takes me about 2 weeks sometimes to fully balance out again after changing meds or dosages, so hopefully it will balance out for you soon too.
Currently it’s better on different insurance, thank god, but man does the whole process suck absolute ass. I hope it gets to a stable place for you too soon
I dealt with the same issues for the last couple years, and it’s truly awful. Im sorry you’re dealing with it too. One med I went on because insurance wouldn’t approve the other, but it made me so physically/mentally ill that I wanted to kms but they wouldn’t approve the other 🙃
