The Curriculum of Chaos? I just picked up that book and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
I got it a while ago and thought up some characters, but no adventures. Wasted much of that time sidetracked on adding an overly ambitious Persona-style system for managing school life. I've finally scaled that back to something workable (I think).
