I've just said much the same on twitter. If 21miles at just under 8 m/m hurt that much, I'm not hopeful for 26.2 at a fast pace. Some coach was saying the other day, don't overdo it to reassure yourself, just trust the plan. Easier said than done.

Yeah, everything I've read says the actual race day run is easier than training as you have support the entire way, your legs are rested from the taper, and the adrenaline will carry you the last few miles. I'm really hoping that's true?
