Have been waking up at 2am all this week from residual auto accident stress exacerbated by work stress. ~4am is at an improvement. Taking some days off next week which should decompress at bit.

I hope decompressing helps! I got not quite five hours of sleep in the end which isn't too far from my normal 5-6). Kevin's really struggled with both depression and insomnia lately. Not fun.
