The Stunticons are useful for high-speed, ground-based interceptions of enemy forces. Soundwave is good for infiltration. All useful for the war effort. Cybertrucks are useful for... nothing. So maybe if it had to be a Decepticon, Runabout and Runamuck. Based on their Marvel appearance.
