You’re right about indefinitely, but you aren’t doing that - you’re on a healing break, and you are certainly allowed to do that for long enough to get your meds right.
There’s a Jewish tradition where rocks can hold on to certain things for you. Maybe you can ask a rock to hold your worries so you’ll know where to find them.
And I’m not trying to tell you the problems aren’t there, but you can let yourself believe the universe will handle all that, so you can take the space you need to experiment and find what’s best for you. 3/4
I hear you about the slim margins, but perhaps you can simply allow yourself to concern yourself about them less in order to prioritize your recovery. I read on insta today “worry is worshipping the problem.” 2/3
If I may, you’re a good parent. You’re going to be a good parent no matter what. Your kid gets to see you value healing. For that alone, you are promised that they will go to therapy for different reasons. 1/x
