Yeah and that’s I think the biggest flaw in the Mount Laurel doctrine. At the same time, you’ve got so many towns like SB where unless they had built the Metroplex in the 90s has no real place to right the wrong. Maybe you upzone the hell out of Monmouth Junction, Dayton, & The 27 Corridor?

If they had spent as much on planners as they spent on attorneys trying to fight their Mt Laurel obligation I am absolutely certain they could have designed something good!!!
