Ended the week with heading to ASBMB annual meeting for the undergraduate poster symposium where our group’s research was shared! Thankful for feedback and motivated for more experiments to come! #NativesInSTEM

Seen on my run today! That’s one way to cross the Animas river but I’ll stick to the bridge.

Very few things drive me over the edge to consider quitting academia. (External / not related to my department) I’m glad I got to catch up with a mentor of mine to calm me down.

If today’s set of student experimental results are legit, I will a)be more confident in my training of wet lab protein expression / purification skills & b) be super pumped about computational predictions leading to these results. It’s the last wk before finals so won’t get back till the spring. 😫
