A floating fish monster with a parrot beak and spindley eyes, floats in front of a weird control screen while facing forwards. This is the Orz from Star Control 2, and they are saying "Has a party ever *snarfed* a worse *zumplo* than Kamabla?" In the game, the Orz race speaks in a strange dialect that the computer can't fully translate. The computer "approximates" a lot of their nonsense words and the player has to try to communicate with them while trying to guess what their words mean by context.
