I'm no expert here, Rabbi, but "…the three co-chairs of the new antisemitism task force and we noted that none of the three had any experience or expertise on the issue" doesn't seem to me to be a good look.
I like most of that. I think they miss some of their own point, though. They talk about how colleges are, "at their best, protected spaces to engage in inquiry", but they also talk about how it's kinda okay for people to *feel* unsafe. I think the "protected space" point is better than the other <c>
