Saw the Pogues at their peak in Montreal in the 80s. Shane was so drunk he lay down the whole show. We all rooted for him and he lived longer than we imagined. Rest now. Thanks for the beautiful music.
Yeah, I never saw them live, but I thought he was lucky to make his Forties!
