Aaaaah, this does indeed feel like shows in the mid and late 1990s in that the band is not on yet. 😆 I’ve gotten spoiled by the professional levels of timekeeping at shows I’ve been to in the last couple of years. *Other than the Massive Attack show, which they started late on purpose.
